Welcome to First Psychology Training!
We are part of First Psychology, one of the largest independent counselling and psychological therapy practices in the UK with several therapy centres primarily in Scotland and Northern England, as well as online. First Psychology has been established for over 15 years and encompasses a broad range of practitioners from counselling/psychotherapy, CBT/psychological therapy, and applied psychology backgrounds. We work with clients from a variety of backgrounds including: adults, children/families, couples, and also organisations/businesses.
First Psychology Training has been established to build on our practical experience and offer a core professional training in integrative counselling and psychological therapy for those wishing to enter the mental health field. In addition, we offer a range of short courses for CPD and personal development purposes.
